Ryan D. Matthews

Ryan D. Matthews earned an MFA from the New School and is a voting member of the National Book Critics Circle. His work has been recognized with numerous awards and fellowships, including from the Ragdale Foundation, the Jentel Foundation, the Vermont Studio Center, the Terry Family Foundation, and from Can Serrat International Art Center. He’s taught creative writing through Duke University’s OLLI Program and was recently nominated for the PEN/Robert J. Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers.
